Todd had worked on a bunch of different videos back when he was on part of the D&D Beyond team.

So he's been involved on the making videos on YouTube about D&D side of things.

for a very long time.

It will be interesting to hear where Todd lands up.

But again, I would consider that another major loss over at Hasbro and at Wizards of the Coast when it comes to D&D.

He was really like one of the faces of D&D.

So it doesn't mean that nobody's left.

There are still a lot of designers over on D&D and on Wizards of the Coast that are doing things.

And a big one is like, what does this all mean?

What does it mean that Chris Perkins and Jeremy Crawford left Wizards of the Coast and now joined Darrington Press?

We don't know.

What does it mean that Todd Kendrick and Jess Lanzillo left Wizards of the Coast?

We don't know.

Certainly there will be an impact.

These are big moves and certainly there'll be an impact.

I would argue that it's going to be hard even when if you are inside these companies, you probably couldn't predict exactly how this is going to pan out.

But I will tell you this, we're probably not going to know for about a year.

I think that in order for these companies to do anything new with all the people that have left and the people that come in, that it takes about a year before we on the outside, other than

hearing about things, reorganizations or new directions or whatever, by the time it actually hits the products at our table, it's about a year out.

So, you know, when I, when I'd say like, Oh, what are Mike Shea's predictions of this shrug emoji?
