Well, lo and behold, we got an announcement that Chris Perkins and Jeremy Crawford moved to L.A.
and joined Darrington Press.
Darrington Press is the press arm of Critical Role, and they are the makers of the RPG Daggerheart, which I talked about in the last session or the last the last show that we did.
That is a huge move.
If you think about any RPG producer that gets really who are the two highest visible, probably, you know, top of the food chain of RPG designers.
That is a massive, that is a massive coup.
It was interesting to see Wizards of the Coast on the, I think on Blue Sky posted a thing saying, now that the cat's out of the bag, we congratulate our friends.
And I was like, yeah, because you were involved.
Right.
Like that whole idea of like, oh, we knew we knew that was going to happen.
It sounded a little desperate to me, but whatever.
So, you know, they everyone who wants to put a good face on it and it is a good face.
Right.
Like that's a really cool thing.
And it's going to be very interesting to see what goes on there.
Along with that news, Ivan Van Norman, who I hadn't really heard of, was apparently the creative director over at Darrington Press before and left Darrington Press.
Whether these things are related, who could really say?
And I'm sure people on the inside know whether or not that that could occur or not.
So if it was just that, that's still really big news.
The idea of, hey, the two lead designers for D&D moved over to now support Darrington Press and what activities it's going to have.
