And, you know, the way that you unpack that was so practical. I love that. That's a great way to look at it. And I was also thinking, you know, so many people are listening and you don't have to be a leader entitled to lead inside your workplace. I hope everybody will think through that as well. But what's one thing everybody can do tomorrow to strengthen their follow through game?
