So I think the lesson in all of this is do not let your children hang out with the Judd kids.
Well, I'm sure you guys have probably heard, but I wake up around 5 a.m.
And that is something that I actually got into a really good habit because of Evan.
He's an early riser and he goes to bed super early.
So basically, I'll wake up and do my meditation for about 20 minutes.
I have this recent habit within the last, probably in the last year, I just open all the blinds and open all the windows and let the natural sunlight in, like very conscious of letting the sunlight in.
Sometimes I'll step outside, put my feet in the grass and just really kind of welcome the sunrise, which is really beautiful because it helps support your circadian rhythm and just kind of sets the tone for the rest of the day.
I've also started doing these little quickie workouts by Megan Roop.
