And essentially she is, I mean, she does like try to contextualize herself in a larger like kind of social area, I suppose, really.

So she's a product of an unhappy marriage and her mum and dad split up really when she's quite young.

And her dad, she describes, I mean, she calls him a fuck up on more than once.

She describes him kind of like on Valium, going to sleep quite often in the afternoon when she's going around as a small kid and her mum working really, really hard so that she can succeed.

And there is a bit where she's trying to say that she is representing a certain kind, I suppose, a Gen X person.

And what she's saying is her family are actually quite conventional.

I mean, they split up, which is very Gen X. So to be the product of a divorced family.

But they're actually quite conventional people that are living in unconventional times.

So she's in New York when she's young.

And it's kind of New York that I've always wanted to go back to.

It's like the 1970s.

It's really groovy.

They all hang out in Central Park because they can afford to live near Central Park at that time.
