And the thing that's kind of so elusive about that, about being an A&R person, is that actually fundamentally that's what we're all looking for.

And you want to be able to provide that, to find the band that will make that and give it to people and change everybody's lives.

That's what we're all, that's what you're looking for.

It's just so hard to get it.
