similar traffic coming from either a huge platform like MailChimp or a smaller platform like Kindful or Eventbrite, even somewhere in the middle.
Yeah, we definitely did.
We looked at what was available in the MailChimp directory and how we could position ourselves.
We've even tried different naming where we could classify ourself as like a CRM and it has a paid component, which isn't really what we would define ourselves to our customers, but maybe that's what a MailChimp customer is looking for.
Especially because MailChimp doesn't have a defined category for member management.
That's a little too niche for them.
Talk to me about capitalization.
So there's just two of us.
And we're the founders.
And then we work with two contractors from time to time when cash is good or we have a project to ramp up.
Where are you guys based?
We're 18.
The service fee transaction, which in plates are.
A year ago, we were at about six grand a month.
Yeah, another big goal for 2019 is to crack the paid acquisition nut.
A lot of our growth has been through the channels we talked about.
And then we've also got some decent organic growth.
But we need to figure out paid acquisition, I think, if we really want to scale it.
So that's what we're going to focus on in 2019.
Uh, I think it's probably a grand, um, that sits at where our CLV, I mean, we're still early.
