And it's so important for me to stop giving my time to garbage that doesn't matter, that's not moving the needle in any area.
And we do it all the time.
We give away time, buckets of time to social media, to Netflix, to drinking, to eating, to whatever, to friends, to dead end friendships, you name it.

How's that working for you?
Probably it's not working well.
Right.
And I say that in love.
But at the end of the day, what you need to do is reach out and get around other people who are on the journey, the same journey as you get into, especially if you're a man, because we are like lone wolf.
We have this lone wolf mentality and it's like I'm going to be self-made.
Well, I'll tell you what, man, the lone wolf dies alone.
The strongest wolves build packs.
Get around other men who are trying to do the same thing, leveling up, and get a coach.
