And we talked about the quality of play.

But the same guy that I saw throw for 69 yards against Nebraska in Kansas City, coincidentally enough,

That's the guy that you're going to sell your soul in order to keep.

The guy who completed 11 of 34 passes against Utah in a big primetime game, that's the guy that you're going to extend yourself to keep eligible?

Maybe.

And again, players do improve.

Players with good coaching get better.

There's certainly a world where he placed himself into one of the best quarterbacks in the country.

But it's not like he played like one last year.
