Yeah. I mean, grief in general, Anderson Cooper has a great podcast on this. But I think that there's such a big, wide spectrum of grief. And it feels like that's close to the top of the list of those things that you wish they taught us when we were younger. I saw this thing on Insta the other day about parallelograms. and I'd gone, and my therapist is a trauma psychiatrist, and I'd gone in, and I was like, oh, I think I'm depressed, and maybe we need to up my meds, and blah, blah, blah, and talking, and she was like, no, this is just grief. And so I think we don't even learn how to identify that in that way, and I find I've gotten a little better with it. I know a lot of grief that I have experienced
