No, she's in New York.

So I know, I know.

So we started during the pandemic.

And so we do work over Zoom.

Oh, cool.

And then when I'm in New York, I see her in person.

Amazing.

So it has been...

And it's been fascinating to me, fascinating, because I've not only had the experience in session where things just move so quickly, but I've also...

So I think there was such a river between my inner experience and my mental thought and my physical body.

And so to kind of have become so much more aware of that, of, okay, you know, I remember, I don't know, it was like a year ago or so, I had coffee with, you know, someone I hadn't seen in a long time.

And I was like...

Made a moment while we were sitting there of kind of, okay, how am I feeling right now?

I love that.

And checking in with my nervous system.

And that's not something I would have done before.

That's really beautiful.

Yeah.

And so I think that integration when, you know, so many different kinds of traumas from so many different parts of our lives.
