I mean, I think we're moving towards I think of it as kind of modern trauma that I think we are moving towards having a lot more of those conversations in society that are connected.

I mean, think about how much more do you hear people talking about the nervous system and the vagus nerve now way more than you did five years ago.

I think in terms of how we we are trying to balance those things.

But my sort of life goal, if I, you know, had a magic wand, would be to have sort of like emotional trauma urgent care centers.
