So on her 18th birthday, April 23rd, 2013, Germaine took all of her stuff from her mom's house and officially moved back in with 20-year-old Michael.
Less than a month later, on May 6th, Michael officially pleaded guilty to assaulting Germaine.
He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served, fined, and then he was ordered to complete a domestic violence counseling program for about a year.
