Right.
Correct.
I think so, too.
Yeah.
But I mean, you can you can have an image in your head of what the devil may look like to you.
But I don't think it literally I don't think the devil literally exists as how he's described in the Bible.
Got it.
Because even in the Bible, in the Old Testament, the devil wasn't the enemy of God.
In the Old Testament, he was called Hasatan, which means the adversary or the accuser.
And he kind of worked like a prosecutor in the court of God.
He worked for God.
He would find sinners and be like, hey, this guy's sinning.
And they were not enemies.
He'd be in God's courtroom all the time.
It wasn't until the New Testament that Satan had sort of transformed into this like, you know, God versus light versus dark sort of thing.
Well, there was just a lot of things happening at the time, especially with, you know, them starting to absorb ideas about like hell didn't exist either in the Old Testament.
Really?
Yeah.
Hell's not in the Old Testament.
They just have something called Sheol, which means the pit or the grave.
