For months, yeah.
People go online, search for virtual career fairs, virtual job fairs, eventually come to our site.
And then I think just to retain them, we kind of spend a bit of... I think we do some customizations.

So we just started outbound literally two months back.
So as of now, you can say all the customers as of now, I had up until two months back were purely incoming.
They were never outgoing.
But now we have two salespeople.
Outbound salespeople.
Then there are two who just handle incoming leads and close them.

We don't count them as something that has to generate leads.
Like online lead spend or lead generation expense is separate, which is $10,000.
Then you have salaries and commissions and those things are separate.
So you can add another $200,000 for the whole year for those kinds of salaries if you want to.
