And we got to learn a lot from that, what the user wants.
And when you meet a human, you see the smile on their face.
And early, in the early days, Danzo was a saviour in many ways.
People need something in the last minute.
For example, they forgot the keys, the laptop charger, they need something to eat at midnight.
So, you could see that delight on their face that, oh, Danzo saved their day.
So, what happened?
So, Danzo...
was almost a phenomena in many ways.
And we were pioneers on one of the biggest trends that got created, quick commerce.
And generally, if you look at the founders journey, if you rank what matters, number one is whether you are in the right market.
Second is product, third is team execution, all of that.
And generally, you know, like most companies fail because they have chosen the wrong market, the timing was wrong.
And for us, we were in that market which is one of the biggest trends in India.
So, we were in the right market, we had the best product, we had the best, you know, we had a great brand, great customer service.
Few things happened.
I feel that we were a bit unlucky.
Because, honestly, right?
Because, if we had survived for two more months, our story would have been very different.
We got stuck in the middle of the economic downturn.
