And I think that the user will be in control.

So it's going to do work on your behalf, whether it's your home administration or helping you out in your small business.

You're just going to direct it at a hard problem and it will take care of it.

I mean, the industry is on fire.

I think this last year gone, we added two gigawatts of data center capacity.

The city of Seattle uses about six or 700 megawatts a year.

So you're basically talking a good 2.5 times the city of Seattle.

It's so hard to grasp.

Wow.

It's really hard to grasp.

I mean, it's a wild number.

The good news is, I think people should remember that this is virtually 100% renewable.

It is offset by carbon credits in some situations, but on the whole, a lot of the electricity is bought directly as renewable.

It's quite water intensive.

So there is an additional water consumption, which is very high, something to work on.

But, you know, the value that comes out of these models, I think, is tremendous.

So, you know, we are really going to see a huge construction boom from the development of these data centers over the next decade.
