They know I've got this, you know, and I'm lying there and it's kind of kicking in and
I just was like, you know, I'd really just like to put my hand up and have someone come to me.
And they're like rushing around and everyone's crying.
Around me.
You know, they're having a thing.
They're busy.
They're too busy.
And they're like, yeah, you're fine.
And I'm like, but I couldn't really put my hand up.
It was just a little bit up, just a little bit seamy.
So something was like stopping you from really going, I need help.
Because I would never ask for help.
Ever from anyone.
Unless I was paying my therapist, there's no way I would ask anybody for help.
And I never took help since I was 15 years old.
So I know how to do it well on my own.
And I look over at Katia and I said to one of the facilitators, I was like,
can I just go over to Katia?
And she went, no, we've got her.
