If I went through a brokerage or a person, they would often be paid a commission by the bank, by the insurance company, whatever.
If there is no salesperson,
Is it going to be cheaper for me because someone's not earning a commission or does that just go to, this might not even be a question you can answer, but I'm theorizing, right?

Josh, we were just talking before the break about some of the things that agents may be able to do.
What else is on that list that is rapidly becoming a reality?
So I'm a bit of a- No meal breaks, no rest.
So to give an example, it might be that someone who's 35 is in a conservative KiwiSaver fund and AI is going to figure that out quick, smart, figure out where they would be better placed and then find the best performing one over the last 10 years and say, how about this?
I love the sound of it being easier, but alarm bells also go off in my head when I talk about sharing all of that information and then someone else importing it who knows where on my behalf.
So what about security?
No, absolutely not.
We're also told often that the quality of what you get out of AI depends on what you put in, the prompt, you know, rubbish in, rubbish out.
So how can the user be sure that they're going to get a good answer and that they haven't forgotten to ask some important question?
