Hi, hello.
This is Naga, the product manager for service level manager product.
I have been here for almost seven years, and right now we manage this product.
It's called NetApp Service Level Manager.
We call it SLM in a short form.
Oh, what do I do as a product manager?
Yeah, what exactly is it that you do here?
It's very easy.
Just find out what customer wants and tell R&D to build it, and then come back and tell if customer doesn't get it, and you tell them you didn't build it right.
Sure, I think we'll talk about it.
The product name is NetApp Service Level Manager, and we shortly call it SLM.
And SLM is kind of a mouthful, so we call it SLM.
Actually, it's a management software.
It simplifies the way the storage is consumed.
And it enables storage operations to be performed easily and at scale.
So if you look at it, it is done through policy-based provisioning, data management by abstracting platform details.
And if you but before I kind of dive deep into the product, I want to answer the second part of the question.
That's very important.
Like, you know, you asked me, why SLM?
Why would people use it?
