to get you the knowledge and education of people who are crushing it in the space, introduce you to those contacts in order for you to be able to fully launch this and be responsible for it.

What I'd ask for in return is you take that very seriously.

And with the contacts that you're going to be meeting, you follow up with them.

You ensure that they understand that your intention is to be the best of the best, to learn from their mistakes, but to do this in a way that represents our organization at the highest level possible.
