The New Zealand business community needs this deal now more than ever.

We need certainty.

We need new market opportunities.

India's massive.

It's a very exciting deal.

I was just reflecting on China, that FTA, when it was signed in 2008.

There was some sort of resistance about it, and then it just grew exponentially.

It was just massive growth.

After the first couple of years, it just took off.

I feel that India is going to be the same.

1.4 billion people, 400 million middle class, high net worth individuals.

They're going to love our primary sector products, whether it's lamb, apples, honey, kiwi fruit.

The wood guys are going to win big time.

Our sheep farmers are going to win with wool.

Massive economic opportunity, a powerhouse, growth opportunities for us to even invest in India.

And that's been a political football that's been booted around over the last couple of months.

Guys that I talk to in the export game,

aren't concerned about that.
