And so just to kick things off initially then, I'd love to start by understanding a bit more of your journey.
If you could share a bit more about your sort of background through the peaks and troughs of what is UX research and how you've got to where you are today.
a lot of ups and downs, no doubt, during that period of time.
And you've brought those experiences then to writing this book and the UX Research Powerhouse.

You describe in your book as the one that you wish you'd had when you're stepping into leadership.
What were some of the earliest leadership lessons that you learned the hard way?
And how do they show up in the book?
It's a continuous uphill climb, I found, trying to continuously prove yourself, prove the value of what you're bringing, etc.
Yes.
Yes, and I think that's a really interesting point that you've made there.
It's one of the big challenges I hear from customers when I speak to them on a regular basis, where they're doing a lot of amazing research.
