And over the years, there's been some truly bizarre things that have been sold.

So, yeah, so your screen right now is just filled with ceramic-faced, glassy-eyed monstrosities, I'm guessing.

I mean, that's some high-grade creepiness right there.

And it's kind of a sneak preview as to what your nightmares are going to look like tonight.

But the thing is, this is eBay you're probably on.

eBay policy forbids the selling of souls.

Okay.

But you can sell an item that you claim has a soul in it.

So this is how you get around the policy of selling souls is that you're like, okay, to be in full compliance with the policy, the description of the haunted dolls should say something like, for entertainment purposes only, or no specific spiritual outcomes are guaranteed.

But I came across one listing that said, quote, all sales are final to preserve the item's energetic integrity.

That's magnificent.

It's like, you can't get your money back on this.

It's going to compromise the energetic integrity of this item.

So what's really being sold here?

So in addition to looking creepy, which, to be honest, is every doll I've ever seen, all haunted dolls, they come with a personal testimony from the seller.

And this is really the thing that sells the dolls, in addition to the weirdness of how they look.

But what's odd to me is because you're trying to sell these things, but many of the testimonies are about how terrible having the doll around is.
