Like, Jacob is exactly...
what Roman needs right now, because Roman understands that in order for him to bring out his best work, he needs someone.
Gosh, this sounds familiar.
He needs someone that's going to push him to his limits.
And I said, you know, we've been working with Jacob for about six ish, maybe a little more than six months at the dungeon, probably eight months.
at the dungeon where Jacob has been coming in.
He's got kids, his kids are in school and he's working sometimes Raw, sometimes SmackDown, just doing a lot.
And he's been fighting to get to the dungeon to train in a warehouse with no air conditioning in the Florida heat.
And I told Jacob, I said, you are preparing for moments like backlash.
You're preparing for moments like WrestleMania.
You're preparing for like you have to be better than everybody else on your worst day.
You have to be better than them on their best days.
And so we saw that.
And after it's funny because after every practice round or every session that we do at the dungeon, no matter how tired people are, I will make them cut a promo after they wrestle when they want to just collapse Dave on the mat.
I will put a microphone in their face and I'll say, talk to me for one minute, just talk to me, just use your lungs and talk to me.
And Jacob is somebody at the dungeon that he speaks, he cuts these impassioned promos about his life and his journey and he's scratched and clawed and fought his way to get to where he is right now.
And he's never letting it go because he's doing it for his family.
Like when Jacob got his first paycheck from WWE,
He was asked in an interview, they said, like, what did you spend it on?
And, you know, so many other people would have said, I bought, you know, a car or I bought, you know, this fancy watch.
