That is like a wood-burning oven pizza.

Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh.

I was blown away at how it tasted.

The only thing I can think of that has changed

is freezing techniques oh flash frozen yeah flash frozen is one of those things those types of technologies have changed uh vacuum sealing uh has become better the different ways we can do these things the ovens and how you reheat them are even better so it's a little bit of everything but i don't know man because the latest or the last technology we found out about was uh

was like, oh, the crust puffs when you cook it.

Like, you remember that?

Like, that was a big deal.

It puffs up like a fresh pizza dough.

Right, exactly.

And then it's like, hey, this pizza's half pizza and half breadsticks.

Look at it.

And we're like, hey, we don't need the breadsticks.

Just make it taste good.

They figured it out.

It's like the Nova when they tried selling the Nova in Mexico.

Nova doesn't go.

Everybody's like, well, what?

I'm not buying that.
