They said, we'll have you audition for RCA Victor Records.
Steve Schultz was the head of RCA Victor, and I played a lot of songs, including The Diary, for Steve Schultz.
And he said, yes, I like it because it's very musical.
I like the melodies and your voice is very unusual.
It's very androgynous.
It could be a girl singing or a boy singing.
And he saw the potential in that.
