They are the neighbours who said they were living across the road from Nikita Han at the time of the incident with Conor McGregor and they said that they'd seen her former partner, her partner at the time, assault her on the night that she sustained the injuries that she said came from McGregor.

That was obviously denied.
And this case, so basically they were trying to bring that in as part of an appeal.
McGregor was trying to appeal the civil case, which he lost.
