So McGovern was initially charged with the murder of Noel Duck Egg Kerwin and with charges relating to directing a criminal organisation.

But nonetheless, it's a very lengthy sentence for a guy of his age.
He's looking at doing at least a decade and a half, if not two decades behind bars.
But that's better than life.
So the phone, and during the sentence hearing, it is expected that quite a bit of the evidence will come out that the kids state we're going to put forward at trial, should a trial have happened.
