And I don't know if we're going to see 2025 George Springer at any point this season.

he's going to be a plus in this lineup, not a drag on this lineup.
There's a little bit of a difference between the Mad Max level reinforcements and the Alejandro Kirk, Addison Barger level reinforcements, but the Jays are hurting for someone who can provide a start or bulk innings right now, and it's possible Scherzer could be part of the solution.
It's frankly unbelievable.
When you think of a guy who has virtually no minor league experience, through no fault of his own, it was just injury after injury for him since getting drafted in 2022.
And he comes in and he doesn't just give you sort of one inning of him just pounding the zone with his best stuff and hoping it goes in the right... That's what you think you're going to get from a really raw reliever.
This guy's going to throw hard.
He's going to be a two-pitch guy.
And I know he had started at the college level, but...
