But I had a moment.
I was like, is that a bit mean?
Yeah, I mean...
Lenin Sosa is just he's struggling.
He's going through it.
I don't think he's long for this roster when they figure out what they want to look like, whether that's guys getting healthier or even kind of in season acquisitions.
You just he's a bat first player and the bats not playing right now.
But it is a bit of an odd spot.
They found themselves in where they have two middle infielders.
They want to start.
And now that Schneider is gone, there's not a lot backing that up.
They might have done that if a great alternativism had emerged.
But unfortunately for the team, no one was going such that you thought, okay, we got to put that guy up top and give him the most plate appearances.
If anything, it's not that this team has had so many awful hitters.
It's had a lot of guys performing kind of eh or slightly below average.
And so it's been hard to sort those hitters in an order.
You keep Springer at the top, hope he writes the ship, which he's done recently.
And one thing with Springer this year is it felt like he was a bit overaggressive.
There was a lot of first pitch swings, a lot of quick outs with him.
He's probably better when he is a little bit more patient, working counts a little bit more.
