As it's happening with everyone, growth, learning, scale, transformation, it is not linear.

It is not neat.

It is not perfect.

It is messy.

It is messy the entire way through.

And I've loved that we've been able to share that in real time because you can watch the transformation.

You can watch the growth.

I oftentimes go back and watch old videos from 2017, 2018, 2019.

And it's so amazing, but at the same time, cringy to watch what we were doing, what we were saying, what we thought we knew, how ignorant and naive we actually were.

We thought we had it figured out.

It's humbling to say the least.

but that's one of the best parts about documenting the last 12 years is that we get to go back in and relive it and rewatch it.

And, and so humbling, you know, there are moments in time, historically where,

that we thought, I thought, had it all figured out.

I knew everything, prideful, ego driven, and then quickly humbled and have come to realize that you never have it all figured out.

You never arrive.

It is this consistent transformation and growth that is so awesome.

Because you have the realization that growth doesn't ever stop.

It doesn't have to stop.

It keeps happening.
