I find myself...
needing those things to consider myself worthy of anything.
And I see a lot of athletes and other people, other men doing the same thing.
And I wanted to be a leader and a role model to share that you don't need the race after race after race, the prep after prep after prep, the performance constantly to be worthy of anything.
And this film, The Last Dance, was a story in showcasing the transformation, the renewing of my mind, of my soul in this realization.
The work doesn't stop.
It's not slowing down, but it's not sacrificing my time and energy, physical and mental, for the prep because there's other people
that deserve that energy, that are much more important and prioritized in my life.
So that's why it's called The Last Dance.
Not saying I'm never doing a race again, but in the near future, it's not on the schedule.
It's not a priority.
I got some other goals I'm pursuing at the moment.
So I hope you guys enjoyed this one.
I appreciate you sharing and asking questions that facilitated and sparked some of these responses.
Love you guys.
Appreciate you.
And as always, go one more.
