Yes, yes.
They actually want to be leaders.
Yes.
And I've had to learn the hard way.
I used to think that everyone wanted to level up.
They start at a role here at BPN or in the military and they enlist and they want to be a team leader.
They want to be a squad leader.
They want to be a platoon sergeant.
They want more and more and more.
And I thought everyone wanted that.
And I learned the hard way that not everyone wants more responsibility and leadership.
You have to have that drive in you.
You have to have that dog.
You have to have the effort.
Yeah.
Because I've tried to give people leadership responsibilities and they say, no, I don't want that.
That's right.
So I think part of the natural born ability is the desire.
Yes.
You have to want to be an effective, strong leader.
