You know, what's interesting about tone is that
You have to be aware of the tone that you are using when you're talking to someone.

Because even if you're saying something and you attend, but you actually feel something else, your tone will depict your true feelings.

I feel like it is an undervalued skill.

And focus is tone.

Now, thinking back to...
some of the best leaders that I've worked with, worked under, worked alongside in the business world, but also during my time in the military, they had a very appropriate tone given the circumstance.
And we were talking about this earlier as well, but the best leaders that I worked under and learned from were very consistent.
Yes.
Their tone was very consistent.
