we would then have the greatest output and teamwork and camaraderie.
But one ends up naturally happening is, you know, someone thinks they're pulling more weight.
Someone wants to be better than the other.
Someone thinks that they're pulling the others ahead or behind.
And that's naturally going to happen.
So coming in and really developing subordinate leaders, seeing peer leadership step up, uh,
Brotherhood, sisterhood.
Yes.
Helping each other and really realizing that the only way this business succeeds and the brand team wins and grows is together.
