I've also found that when culture is really strong within a unit, culture will police itself.

If you have someone who is stepping on a line, who is being ego-driven and arrogant, sometimes the leader doesn't even have to step in.

The organization will pull that guy or girl aside and say, hey, that don't work here.

That's right.

I love seeing that.

I was just thinking of this story.

This actually happened a few months ago.

This goes to show that you constantly have to be aware of your tone and you're still going to make mistakes no matter how long you're doing it.
