So we buy, we love chicken thighs.
Nothing against chicken breasts.
I think if you cook a chicken breast right,
It's beautiful.
But so many people don't cook a chicken breast, right?
The way that I like to cook a chicken breast, you get a meat tenderizer.
So you take the breast out, you tenderize it until it's about, I'd say three quarters of an inch thick.
So you tenderize it, season it.
The seasoning we use for our chicken breast is the hardcore carnivore red seasoning.
Throw it on the Traeger.
And then I cook it until it's at internal temperature.
I use a meat probe thermometer.
As soon as it hits 165 degrees, I take it off the Traeger.
I let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
It's not chewy.
It's not dry.
