And what I was finding for a long time, and I know a lot of our consumers and athletes and partners were doing the same thing, is part of my morning routine was I'd wake up and I'd slam my G1M Sport, two scoops of G1M Sport to get 40 grams of carbohydrates, 700 milligrams of sodium. And that was the first thing I would do every single morning in preparation for morning run.

And that would get me to about 150 milligrams of caffeine. And I would then drink that after I would consume my GOM sport. I wake up at 4.30 every morning and I'm running by 5.30 a.m.
