I know that Joe mounted a new Gideon today.

And... A couple of them this week.

Commercial spec is a thing from Colt.

The Colt screwed up in the nineties because Colt made commercial spec ARs that were different than mil spec, trying to get around the assault weapons band.

So you would, a lot of times that referred to, um, specifically buffer, like a lot of it was buffer tubes and they would have a different thickness, but we're so far beyond that.

And it is ridiculous.

No, don't like bad, bad company.

Don't, don't make that, you know, unless you're trying to, but there's probably a gun artist out there who wants to make a 1996 AWB clone rifle.

And so he has to find the proper commercial spec buffer tube.

And you know what I mean?

That's also where high and low shelf lowers come from.

And those things burn through that, but it'll work out.
