At one time, the only civilian A-10 Thunderbolt was in South Dakota.

The School of Mines had an A-10 Warthog.

they had out there for chasing tornadoes.

And they were flying it into tornadoes with a bunch of scientific sensor suites.

We give our schools by fighter jets.

I will, but hey, that's where we're at.

Our public universities have tank busters to fly into tornadoes.

Because why not just pick a fight with the weather?
