No, there was nothing in there about being able to sell them.

The intrastate law that they tried to pass that Kansas already did and all that stuff, that was done several years ago when you get into intrastate versus interstate commerce.

Because legally, the federal government can only regulate interstate commerce, not intra.

And they've tried to beat it on that before.

And there was a case that actually went to the Supreme Court on that out of Kansas.

And that was defeated because it was the whole basis of it was, oh, if it's made in South Dakota, if it's made in Kansas, sold in Kansas, going to be used in Kansas, then it's not an interstate commerce clause.

So it will be intrastate.

Therefore, the federal government would have nothing to do with it.

But that was not what the courts found.
