It would be, for reference, they do have to do in-person interviews for the Rooney World account, so Flores plus him will make them Rooney World compliant.
But the interesting thing about Anthony Weaver is a lot of people around the league still really like him, and he's more in the Dan Campbell vein, from what I know.
From what I hear, you know, he's a guy that's heavily into analytics.
He's a real kind of CEO tone setter type.
I'm not sure he would call defensive plays at his next stop.
He feels like a guy that maybe wants to be that CEO kind of manager type.
So he's an interesting kind of brand because I think there's a guy like him that they're interviewing.
In that regard, Flores is different.
McCarthy's different.
Shula's different.
No one really quite like Anthony Weaver on the market.
And there's a lot of thought around the league that he's kind of been smitten, you know, by what he did in Baltimore.
I think he did a great job there.
And more importantly, that he has been dragged down by talent around him.
But he has not had a great group in Miami.
The stats aren't there.
The results haven't been great.
The scheme is nothing too crazy, but when you look at Weaver, he is a different type of candidate that would kind of be an off-the-wall shoot, more in a Dan Campbell vein than anything.
But I'm not expecting him to get the job.
Well, you know, I just mentioned him.
