I think Weaver is the type of guy that would do that.
Right, and he's interesting.
I do think Shula is very appealing in that way too.
He's a guy that when you watch him talk defensive football and you watch him talk about culture setting, he also has a way of โ
talking about football that I think is going to command a room.
He has his own little quips and sayings.
There's enough video out there of Chris Shula, not just at a press conference.
If you just hear coaching clinic he talks at, he talks about relentless pursuit of football, violence,
um he talks about you know turning getting turnovers it's very steelersy in the way he talks about football and he does command the room in that way but if you're asking me of the camps they've interviewed right now of the guys that i know about the one guy that i think is going to command a room more than anyone else as a leader ceo type it would be anthony weaver interesting man i know marcus freeman would do that i know he would do that limits
Well, I mentioned him earlier.
I think Udinski from Jacksonville is a name that I would bring in at least.
I can see Sean McDermott being a guy that you would bring in.
I'm just not sure he's perfect for the Steelers' job right now.
We're kind of talking about a guy that failed to get over the hump where he was at with Josh Allen.
And so you're kind of just speed running back the Tomlin stuff there.
You need a culture builder.
I think McDermott's a great hire.
I don't think the Steelers need a culture builder, though.
I think they need someone โ
that has a fresh take on schematic football while also maintaining that CEO type that Tomlin was.
