Yeah, look, we'll keep hope high on the Phoenix, but not exactly expecting too much.

But, yeah, it was a good little Sunday afternoon anyway.

Decent weather down at the stadium, so that's always nice.

And, yeah, it was a good time result of the halftime challenge and the Phoenix aside.

Otherwise, yeah, we went on a big another mission into the Talador Ranges on Saturday as well.

So an early morning and up, sort of went in at Otaki and up part of the ranges called Mount Mick.

So that was a pretty decent mission.

We were sort of in the bush for weeks.

I don't even know, six, six and a half hours in the end, close to a thousand metres of scent in total, so yeah, look, legs were feeling it a bit Saturday night, and rewarded myself with a couple of beverages, but no, it was a pretty busy, active, enjoyable weekend, despite, as I say, some of the results, having been gone there for the rugby, but we'll leave that one, and yeah, I think, you know, the fact that you're swinging towards that league, probably not too uncommon, I suppose, given, you know, we've known that the

The rugby has challenges with supporters and viewership as well, and the league has definitely got some appeal from that perspective.

Still hasn't quite grabbed me yet, but I can certainly see the appeal anyway.

So, yeah, mate, look, it's all go.

And as I said, I'm up in Auckland.

today and tomorrow I've got a few meetings and functions in the evenings as well so looking forward to once again as I always say get out there and chat to people about what's going on in their world and and see what's happening particularly in this case around the Urban Development Institutes not just here in New Zealand but also over in Australia as well so I'm meeting with them later on and

and hear what's going on in that space.

You know, it's something we've spoken about a lot from a construction perspective and how it's a surprise that things look like they'll sort of come back a bit sooner than we expected.

So, yeah, we'll certainly hear what's going on a bit more in that space, and no doubt we'll talk about that in the coming weeks as they come to play.
