We surveyed a thousand property professionals last year, and this week we've got the report coming out looking at the results of that, where sentiment has improved.

and i talked to a couple of agents including one from invicargo so really keen to hear from that experience on the ground for you know why that market is going so differently compared to the rest of the country so you know look out for that one coming out on friday i believe it should be live uh we can give you some of that detail of those those location differences but um that probably wraps up the uh cotelli data the chart pack calvin unless there's anything else on your mind or um anything jump to mine as i was speaking there

I think data set you can cut multiple ways, right?

And that tells you a lot about activity in the market.

So I think, yeah, totally agree.

I suppose I've already mentioned Election Day report coming out this week.

I suppose just a very brief mention of the devastating impacts of the slips and flooding all around the country, particularly those affected by the slips in the mountains.

Yeah, just want to obviously send our thoughts out for all those people.

You know, I don't want to take it too politically at any stage any too soon, but I do wonder about, you know, does this bring the conversation about climate change?

These effects are happening more often.

You know, when we go back to inflation chat about insurance increases, you know, these things are reflecting the fact these events are happening more often and these insurance companies having to change the way that they're

um supporting so many people in these situations where it's just happening so often and we can't always rely on the backstop of government either so look i don't want to turn that uh devastating situation and a very heartfelt

consideration for what's going on around the country into anything political or going on the climate change one but i do wonder if it just means that conversations comes more to the fore and an election year maybe that does become really really important and a key factor people are going to vote on too so maybe there's one to watch but um yeah don't want to go down that road too much for a podcast like ours but i think it's worthwhile mentioning it's certainly worthwhile acknowledging um

I did want to just make a brief mention of the fact we did get another comment on our podcast through Spotify, acknowledging that not everyone loves our chat about weekends and personal life.

But equally, I have to acknowledge that, you know, we've said people do love to hear about that and it helps to personalize and, of course, be relatable and people are going through similar things.
