we do throw in a few personal stories and that's how people get to know us.

So, you know, we do typically still throw something in here.

Got to say, not much happened to my weekend, so maybe today's almost going to satisfy that person because we're not going to have too much to chat about.

Other than maybe to say, you know, school holiday's ending, probably can't come soon enough for me.

Look, I love my kids.

But yeah, it's tough times when everyone's in, they're here all the time.

um i think they need to get back to school for their own good as well and and start to see their mates a bit more as well so yeah that's probably the key thing on my mind after spending you know long weekends uh or a lot of weekends with with the kids consistently and having to try and entertain them all the time as they're bored and hungry and whatnot but uh that's the main thing on my mind i don't have too much other to chat about and and you know a bit of sport over the weekend cricket's probably not worth talking about um but still looking forward to the t20 world cup without finnellan coming along and obviously playing a part in the final for the big bash last night but uh

Certainly big events, you know, attracting those people, having more events, people are willing to fork out their money when the thing's there, right?

So people will make those sacrifices when there's things on and maybe that shows that, yeah, you know, that positivity is truly there, even if it's not showing through in all the numbers because it's probably not affecting everybody.

not everyone's going to go and pay whatever there's two or three hundred bucks to go see ed sheeran but certainly there's a decent pocket of our our economy our market our people that that are able and willing to do that and it is a sign that yep you know people aren't fully down on their situation if they're able and willing to go and go and do those things so

Yeah, that's a good point.

And maybe that's a good way to leave it there.

I do think that it's an interesting one to get into.

There is a lot of detail you can get into.

Maybe half of it we need to ignore.

But, you know, we need to understand it before we can do that confidently anyway.
