So as many of you, you yourselves would have experienced, and I'm sure our listeners have felt, this year has been one of conflicting forces on the market.
Lower interest rates, of course, have provided that backdrop for more money in people's pockets.
and a flow through to an improving economy, but it's taken a lot longer than anyone had hoped as the weak job market and cautious business management sort of prolonged what I call a stuttering market.
However, as we found out just the other day actually,
there are good signs that the economy is on the improve.
And I think that'll mean a more active property market through both the summer and then into 2026.
