Absolutely.
And I do remember that time as well.
I feel the same that I think this thought partnership has helped me as well because we bring different perspectives and build something emergent, layering these ideas and these processes.
And to your point, the complexity of the system actually can result in a simpler thinking.

And I kind of want to pivot on that a little bit.
Nick, I was wondering if maybe thinking about the system overall, we've talked a lot about buy-in and stakeholders.
Maybe we can talk at the level of how has the system empowered true stage designers to grow?
And I will say I am a fan of a good potluck, but I agree that a well-run restaurant is something else, especially for the folks who are working there, who the folks who are eating there.
And I think it's such a fun metaphor.
I just, I want, I don't think we can underscore how much confidence, the engagement you're mentioning, the adoption from the team really aligns to how fun it is.
And I think Betsy, you mentioned that the team
expressed having fun with this process.
