I don't know what the point of that was, but anyway, Chris, welcome to the show.
We're glad to have you here.
How was SHOT Show?
I think that 6.5 Grindle
some of its marketing, you know, like 300 blackout is also a fairly specialized cartridge, but it has stuck around a lot more and been a lot more successful.
And I think a lot of that is because of, uh, bigger companies getting behind it and throwing their weight behind it.
interesting you know i the nssf says it was like record-breaking attendance yeah well they're a bunch of they're a bunch of cunts yeah yeah they always say that i've been there when it was like probably the most dead it's ever been and they were like record attendance i'm like bro stop lying stop lying
So, yeah, I mean, because you had like Remington, you know, behind 300 Blackout.
And, yeah, so I think that there's a bunch of stuff to it.
It's not just a performance thing.
It's a cost thing.
It's a marketing thing.
It's an availability thing.
If you can't get enough manufacturers making your ammo, then it's going to stay fairly niche.
Right, but that's the problem, though, is that compared to 223, it's not.
And 223 is good enough for what most people are doing with an AR, which is, I just want an AR because they're cool, and I want to go blast some stuff or whatever.
